Avery G. Howard and Brittany Fowler

Wednesday, September 25
3:30 – 4:30 PM

Session Description

This session with give stewardship and donor relations professionals the tools to successfully create Individual Stewardship Plans (ISPs). ISPs are a great way to learn about your donors in an effort to engage them with your organization for stewardship and cultivation purposes. Once you have the tools necessary to create an ISP we will highlight special stewardship touches that can be made with your donors throughout the year, from birthday's to special recognition events. One of the most impactful touches we've been able to create are Individual Impact Books. These books are highly regraded by our top donors due to them being customized to the philanthropic and engagement history of the donor.
