2019 Conference Exhibitor Kit

We are pleased to be hosting you as an exhibitor at the 16th Annual ADRP International Conference in Miami, Florida. We are expecting to have more than 500 attendees at the conference this year. Please take some time to review the following logistical information and let us know if you have any questions.

If you have not done so already, please submit the following:

Logo: Please send your company logo in both vector format (.AI or .EPS) and raster format (.JPEG or .PNG) for inclusion on the ADRP website, mobile app, and onsite at the event.

Company Description: Please send us a brief company description (75 words max) for use in the conference mobile app and printed resource manual.

Company Representatives: Please submit the names, emails, and any dietary restrictions for the two complimentary company representatives. Platinum and Gold Sponsors receive two additional complimentary registrations for a total of four—please submit information for two additional people.

Booth Preference: Please download the 2019 booth layout and email the ADRP office at [email protected] with your top 5 preferred booth locations as soon as possible. Assignments will be sent in late July.

Program Ad Information: If your sponsorship includes an ad, or, if you purchased an ad for the printed program, please submit your final files no later than Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Details for your program ad are outlined below. If you would like to sign up to have an ad in the program booklet, please email the ADRP office.

Full page (Gold): 7.5" W x 10" H

Half page (Silver): 7.5" W x 5" H
Quarter page (Bronze): 4.25" W x 5" H

Accepted Files: .PDF, .JPEG, .PNG, .EPS (All files need to be 300 dpi for printing).

  • The conference will take place at the Hilton Miami Downtown in Miami, Florida. The exhibit hall will be located in the Symphony Ballroom Foyer.
  • This year’s exhibit hall will be open two days:
    • Wednesday, September 25
    • Thursday, September 26

About Your Table

  • Set-up:
    • Tuesday, September 24, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
    • Wednesday, September 25, between 6:00 AM and 7:45 AM
  • Breakdown:
    • Thursday, September 26, no earlier than 4:00 PM (after the afternoon break)
  • All Exhibit Tables and Reps will Receive:
    • Dressed and skirted 6' table
    • Two chairs
    • WiFi internet access throughout the meeting space
    • Name badges for two representatives (four representatives if you are a Platinum or Gold Sponsor or if you purchased additional). Please let the office know if additional people will be representing your company on site ($250/each).
    • Breakfast and lunch is included for all registered representatives
    • Representatives are welcome to sit in on conference sessions as space allows
  • Shipping & Package Handling*: Packages are recommended to be delivered three days prior to the event. Please contact the on-site operator upon arrival to retrieve your packages. To ensure your packages will be delivered to the hotel and exhibitor hall, please use the following address format:

Networking Opportunities

  • Registration List: An electronic attendee registration list will be emailed to you in late September in advance of the conference. A final attendee list will also be sent following the conference.
  • Networking Reception: Wednesday, September 25, 5:15 – 7:15 PM. This will be a great opportunity to network with attendees during unopposed hours.

Provided Meals

We recommend all sponsors and exhibitors sit and visit with attendees during meals to encourage good conversation, authentic interactions, and genuine connections.
  • Breakfast will be served each morning (time varies from day to day)
  • Lunch is served Wednesday and Thursday (time varies from day to day)
  • Beverage breaks are scheduled at varying times each day in the exhibit foyer
